Development and Design of TOD Smart City Eco-space:Taking Wanda City Design Project in Dongli District of Tianjin as an Example

随着土地资源的集约化利用、轨道交通建设的持续快速发展及城市公共绿色出行交通系统的一体化发展,基于智慧城市理念的城市综合体TOD策略更加关注城市生态空间发展。天津市东丽区万达城市设计项目以“慧创新城、通达汇城、康养乐城、魅力商城、生态绿城”为愿景,打造“一心、一廊、三点多片区”的智慧城市功能布局,以营造5min核心智慧生态生活圈。

With the intensive use of land resources,the continuous and rapid development of rail transit construction and the integrated development of urban public green travel and transportation system,the TOD strategy of urban complex pays attention to the development of urban ecological space under the concept of smart city.In the Wanda urban design project of Dongli District,Tianjin,with the vision of"smart innovation city,highly accessible city,recreation city,charm shopping city and eco-green city",the functional layout of Smart City is planned to create a multi-dimensional urban ecological corridor and 5 minute life circle of high-quality core neighborhood of smart corridor.
