一种GIS空间反距离权重的精准调控全网平衡方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对我国城市集中供热中很多热力公司存在调节不平衡、靠近热源的热力站供热好,在末端的热力站供热效果差、末端用户冷热不均的现象,导致能耗高、能源浪费、调节滞后等问题,提出一种基于GIS空间反距离权重的城市集中供热中精准调控的全网平衡方法,实现了如下内容:①在传统PID调控方法基础上,采用深度学习BP-PID对设备调节进行优化,再结合GIS空间反距离权重(IDW)对调控滞后性进行了优化;②实现了DBSCAN算法清洗数据并计算最优调控目标值;③实现了全网平衡调控工艺方法并给出泵阀联动最优模型及建议;④通过计算机编程,对提出方法进行技术实现与检验。结合实际应用及数据定量分析了该方法的调控误差、平衡性和经济性。有效解决了城市集中供热中的能耗高、调节不精准、网不平衡、冷热不均、调节滞后等问题,具备较好的应用价值。 In view of the unbalanced regulation of many heating companies in my country's urban central heating,the heating station close to the heat source is good,but the heating effect of the thermal station at the end is poor,and the end users are uneven in heating and cooling,resulting in high energy consumption and energy waste.,adjustment lag and other problems,a network-wide balance method for precise regulation of urban central heating based on GIS spatial inverse distance weight is proposed,which implements the following:①On the basis of the traditional PID control method,the deep learning BP-PID is used to optimize the equipment regulation,and then combined with the GIS spatial inverse distance weight(IDW)to optimize the regulation hysteresis;②The DBSCAN algorithm is implemented to clean the data and calculate the optimal control target value;③The process method of balance control of the whole network is realized,and the optimal model and suggestion of pump-valve linkage are given;④The proposed method is technically realized and tested through computer programming.Combined with practical application and data,the control error,balance and economy of this method are quantitatively analyzed.The method solves the problems of high energy consumption,inaccurate regulation,unbalanced network,uneven cooling and heating,and regulation lag in urban central heating,and has good application value.
