摘要 为提高城市在突发暴雨时的防汛应急能力,解决防汛应急指挥工作中的积水点预测不准确和应急救援方案不合理的问题,采用实景三维结合SWMM模型的方法,提高积水点的精准预测的准确性和积水深度的准确计算的实时性,进而可推算出积水的影响人群,输出最佳应急救援方案。搭建防汛应急一张图系统,通过可视化的手段,将防汛应急指挥调度过程实时模拟仿真,提高防汛应急指挥的时效性,提升应急资源的利用效率。 In order to improve the city’s flood control emergency response capability in case of sudden rainstorm,and solve the problems of inaccurate prediction of ponding points and unreasonable emergency rescue plan in flood control emergency command,the method of combining 3D Real Scene with SWMM model is adopted to improve the accuracy of accurate prediction of ponding points and the real-time accuracy of accurate calculation of ponding depth,so as to calculate the affected population of ponding and output the best emergency rescue plan.We set up a flood control emergency map system,simulate the flood control emergency command and dispatching process in real time through visual means,improve the timeliness of flood control emergency command,and improve the utilization efficiency of emergency resources.
