摘要
职教集团作为多元生态跨界组织,具有主体多元和组织紧密等特点。其组成要素之间形成有明确的生态位、生态链和生态圈。从生态范式分析其耦合要素,确立生态耦合的静态原则和动态机理,从生态要素集合、生态动力整合、生态目标融合三个方面使内外生态达到有效耦合与治理,有利于发挥职教集团在高职教育人才培养中的应有功能。
As a multi-ecological cross-boundary organization,the vocational education group has the characteristics of multiple subjects and close organization,and there is a clear ecological niche,ecological chain and ecological circle between its constituent elements.Analyzing its coupling elements from the ecological paradigm,establishing the static principle and dynamic mechanism of ecological coupling,and achieving the effective coupling and governance of its internal and external ecology from the three aspects of ecological element collection,ecological power integration and ecological goal integration,will be conducive to giving full play to the due function of vocational education group in higher vocational talent training.
