摘要 生物质直燃耦合发电技术日趋成熟,但生物质气力输送问题仍限制生物质的大规模掺烧。文章从生物质燃料气力输送系统的设计基本原则、计算基本参数的确定、管道沿程阻力的计算、输送风机的选型等方面,系统研究了设计计算经验和建议。以某燃煤机组耦合生物质发电项目为例,介绍了典型生物质直燃耦合发电项目气力输送系统的设计分析,有助于新建耦合项目气力输送系统的设计选型。 The technology of biomass direct combustion coupled power generation is becoming increasingly mature,but the problem of biomass pneumatic transportation still limits the large-scale blending of biomass.This paper systematically studies the design and calculation experience and suggestions for biomass fuel pneumatic conveying systems from the following aspects:basic design principles,determination of basic calculation parameters,calculation of pipeline resistance,and selection of conveying fans.Taking a coal-fired unit coupled biomass power generation project as an example,this paper introduces the design and analysis of the pneumatic conveying system for a typical biomass direct combustion coupled power generation project,which is helpful for the design and selection of the pneumatic conveying system for new coupled projects.
