多级热敏变色纤维的制备及其表征 被引量:2

摘要 针对变色纤维存在颜色变化单一的问题,依据减法混合原理,以45℃红色热敏变色微胶囊和65℃黑色热敏变色微胶囊为变色材料、聚丙烯为聚合物纤维基体,利用共混熔融纺丝技术,制备了多级热敏变色纤维,并对其微观形貌、表观颜色、升温/降温变色响应时间、热性能、红外光谱和力学性能进行了测试与表征。结果表明:将2种颜色的微胶囊按1∶1混合,以不同含量的混合微胶囊与聚丙烯共混熔融纺丝可以制备具有多层次颜色变化的热敏变色纤维,该纤维在45℃以下显示为紫色,45~65℃显示为灰色,65℃及以上显示为绿色,且升温/降温变色响应时间范围分别为2.1~3.5 s、6.2~9.7 s;当混合微胶囊含量为10%时,制备的热敏变色纤维具有较好的表观颜色、变色灵敏性和力学性能,此时纤维的升温/降温变色响应时间分别为2.1 s和9.7 s,断裂强度为1.72 cN/dtex。 To solve the problem of single color change in color-changing fibers,according to the subtractive mixing principle,multistage thermochromic fibers were prepared by co-blending melt spinning technology when using the red thermochromic microcapsules at 45℃ and the black thermochromic microcapsules at 65℃as color changing materials,and polypropylene as the polymer fiber matrix.And their microscopic morphology,apparent color,temperature rise/fall color change response time,thermal properties,infrared spectrum and mechanical properties were tested and characterized.The results show that by mixing two colors of microcapsules at 1∶1 and melt spinning with different contents of mixed microcapsules and polypropylene can prepare thermochromic fibers with multi-level color changes,which show purple below 45℃,gray from 45℃ to 65℃,and green from 65℃ and above,and the response time range of warming/cooling color change is 2.1-3.5 s and 6.2-9.7 s respectively;when the content of mixed microcapsules is 10%,the prepared thermochromic fibers have better apparent color,color change.When the microcapsule content is 10%,the prepared thermochromic fiber has better apparent color,color change sensitivity and mechanical properties,and the response time of temperature rise/fall color change is 2.1 s and 9.7 s respectively,and the breaking strength is 1.72 cN/dtex.
