摘要
热烧蚀在火炮身管服役寿命的影响因素中占主导地位,通过脉冲激光模拟烧蚀实验,研究炮钢试样在热作用下的烧蚀行为。采用扫描电镜对烧蚀后的炮钢试样进行形貌观察和成分分析。结果表明,在不同能量的激光照射后,炮钢试样表面出现不同程度的烧蚀,表面形貌以龟裂状裂纹与块状剥落为主,同时发生氧化和熔化现象,表面C元素的析出增加了炮钢试样表层的脆性,导致产生裂纹与剥落。
Thermal ablation plays a dominant role in the influencing factors of the service life of the gun barrel,and the ablation behavior of the gun steel specimen under heat is studied by pulsed laser simulation ablation experiment.The method of scanning electron microscopy is used to observe the morphology and composition of the ablated steel specimen.The results show that after laser irradiation of different energies,different degrees of ablation appear on the surface of the gun steel sample mainly with crack-like cracks and block spalling,and oxidation and melting phenomenon occur at the same time.With the precipitation of the surface C element,the brittleness of the surface layer of the gun steel sample increases,and cracks and spalling tend to occur.
