Virtual meeting as a form of online meeting which is indispensable for telecommuting decision-making,has been integrated into the organization, and it has a certain influence on employees’active voice.Based on the social information processing theory and the construal level theory,an influence mechanism model of virtual meeting on employees’voice behavior with psychological safety and psychological distance as mediating variables was constructed.SPSS26.0 and AMOS software were used to make an empirical analysis of 174 questionnaires. The results show that psychological safety plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between virtual meetings and employees’voice behavior, and psychological distance plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between virtual meetings and employees’voice behavior.
