不同工况下ZY9200型矿用液压支架的结构性能研究

摘要 为掌握液压支架在使用过程中的结构性能情况,保证液压支架的支撑安全性。采用有限元分析方法,开展了ZY9200型液压支架在顶梁扭转载荷与底座两端载荷工况、顶梁偏心载荷与底座两端载荷工况等条件下的结构应力、结构位移变化分析研究,掌握了液压支架在此工况下结构变化规律,得出顶梁、底座是整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易发生结构失效现象。从结构设计、材料厚度、材料属性等方面提出了液压支架的优化改进措施,对提高液压支架的结构强度及支撑性能具有重要指导意义。 In order to grasp the structural performance of the hydraulic bracket in the process of use and to ensure the support safety of the hydraulic bracket.Using the finite element analysis method,the structural stress and structural displacement changes of ZY9200 hydraulic bracket under the conditions of torsional load of the top beam and load conditions of the two ends of the base,eccentric load of the top beam and load conditions of the two ends of the base were analyzed and studied,and the structural change law of the hydraulic bracket under such conditions was mastered.The optimized improvement measures of the hydraulic bracket are proposed from the aspects of structural design,material thickness and material properties,which are of great guidance to improve the structural strength and support performance of the hydraulic bracket.
