摘要
卷筒是矿井提升机进行升降作业的结构部件,随着提升机运行载荷及速度的增加,对卷筒的承载性能提出了更高的要求。采用有限元仿真分析的形式,对没有木衬及带有木衬结构的卷筒承载性能进行分析。结果表明,采用带有木衬结构的卷筒,能够有效地降低卷筒的应力作用,且减小了卷筒产生的变形,提高了卷筒的承载性能。
The reel is a structural component of the mine hoist for hoisting operations,and with the increase in hoist operating load and speed,the load-bearing performance of the reel is subject to high requirements.A finite element simulation is used to analyse the load carrying performance of the reel without wood lining and with wood lining structure.The results show that the use of the wood liner structure of the reel can effectively reduce the stress effect of the reel,and reduce the deformation of the reel,and improve the load bearing performance of the reel.
