摘要
利用数值模拟软件对液压支架整体受力情况进行研究,发现在顶梁偏载工况下与立柱接触的顶梁柱帽位置出现最大MISES应力值为608.8 MPa,最大位移为7.59 mm;而在顶梁扭转工况下顶梁上最大应力值为整机中的最大值,为750 MPa,最大的变形量为13.1 mm,同时通过对虚拟焊接下MISES应力值与一体化处理下焊缝应力值进行比较,确定了液压支架薄弱位置,为设备优化提供一定的保障。
By using numerical simulation software to study the overall stress situation of hydraulic supports,it was found that the maximum MISES stress value was 608.8 MPa and the maximum displacement strain was 7.59 mm at the position of the top beam column cap at the junction of the column under the top beam eccentric load.Under the torsion condition of the top beam,the maximum stress value on the top beam is the maximum value in the entire machine,which is 750 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 13.1 mm.At the same time,by comparing the MISES stress value under virtual welding with the weld stress value under integrated treatment,the weak position of the hydraulic support is determined,providing a certain guarantee for equipment optimization.
