摘要
主要对液压支架的结构进行应力分析,在此基础上对现有液压支架设计的薄弱环节进行了展示并提出了设计优化方向。利用有限元的方法可以处理传统力学方法不能处理的结构强度问题,使结果更加安全可靠。
The stress analysis is mainly performed on the structure of the hydraulic bracket,based on which the weak points of the existing hydraulic bracket design are shown and the design optimization direction is proposed.The use of finite element method can deal with the structural strength problems that cannot be dealt with by traditional mechanical methods,making the results more safe and reliable.
