锚杆支护过程中剪切角度对锚杆变形的影响作用试验分析

摘要 锚杆进行巷道支护的过程中,剪切角度对锚杆剪切节理面力学性能具有重要的影响作用。采用试验分析的形式对传统型锚杆及麻花压力分散型锚杆在三种不同剪切角度下的载荷位移变形作用进行分析。结果表明,剪切角度越小,则两种锚杆产生的位移越大,所能承受的极限载荷越大,有利于巷道的支护稳定;同时,麻花分散型锚杆的支护安全性要高于传统型锚杆。 The shear angle has an important influence on the mechanical properties of the shear joint surface of anchor rods during the process of roadway support by anchor rods.An experimental analysis was carried out to analyse the load displacement deformation of conventional anchor rods and twist pressure dispersion anchor rods at three different shear angles.The results show that the smaller the shear angle,the greater the displacement of the two anchors and the greater the ultimate load they can withstand,which is conducive to the stability of the roadway support;meanwhile,the support safety of the twist-dispersion anchor is higher than that of the conventional anchor.
