矿用变频一体机的设计及散热仿真分析

摘要 为解决变频器对电机所造成的干扰且变频一体机散热效率不高的问题,在对矿用变频一体机电机进行设计的基础上,重点综合电机的损耗确定了散热方式为外壳水冷结构及其关键参数;基于ANSYS软件建立了仿真模型对螺旋式水道的冷却效果进行验证,并取得理想结果。 In order to solve the problem of interference caused by frequency converters on the motor and the low heat dissipation efficiency of the frequency conversion integrated machine,based on the design of the mining frequency conversion integrated machine motor,the heat dissipation method was determined to be the shell water-cooled structure and its key parameters,with a focus on considering the motor's losses;A simulation model was established based on ANSYS software to verify the cooling effect of spiral waterways and achieve ideal results.
