刮板输送机液压自动张紧系统优化设计

摘要 针对传统矿井刮板输送机自动张紧系统在运行时存在不稳定的情况,使其可靠性降低的问题,进行了仿真分析,设计出采用遗传算法PID优化思路,并将优化后的自动张紧系统进行了仿真模拟。可以发现系统在经过优化后,其压力达到稳定的时间大大降低,同时其波动量也相对减小,证明了优化设计方案的可行性。 In view of the problem that the traditional mine scraper conveyor automatic tensioning system is unstable in operation,which makes it less reliable,a simulation analysis was carried out to design the idea of using genetic algorithm PID optimization,and the optimized automatic tensioning system was simulated,it can be found that after the optimization of the system,its pressure reaching stability time is greatly reduced,and its fluctuation size is also relatively reduced The feasibility of the optimised design has been demonstrated.
