摘要
基于某矿综放工作面端头支架布设过程中造成人员通行不变,后溜装置易发生损坏的问题,对端头支架进行了优化改进处理,并在综放面进行了效果测试。改进设计后支架人行通道加宽0.4 m,设备故障率降低65%以上,应用效果显著。
Based on the current situation that the layout of the end support in a fully mechanized caving face in a certain mine resulted in unchanged personnel passage and easy damage to the rear sliding device,the end support was optimized and improved,and the effect was tested on the fully mechanized caving face.After improving the design,the pedestrian passage of the bracket was widened by 0.4 meters,and the equipment failure rate was reduced by more than 65%,resulting in significant application effects.
