煤矿巷道架管机的结构设计与性能优化

摘要 在煤矿生产过程中,巷道架管机必不可少。针对架管机的结构、性能,先进行架管机工作原理的概述,然后对手爪构件的壁厚进行结构设计,最后结合夹爪与连杆之间的夹角进行性能优化,以期可以满足巷道架管机整体运行质量、效率提高的需要。 The pipe rack machine of a coal mine is necessary in the process of a coal mine.Based on the structure and function of a pipe rack machine,An overview of the working principle of the advanced pipe rack machine,followed by structural design of the wall thickness of the gripper components,and finally performance optimization combined with the angle between the gripper and the connecting rod,in order to meet the needs of improving the overall operation quality and efficiency of the tunnel pipe rack machine.
