摘要
根据莒山矿9号煤层实际地质条件和开采条件,对工作面液压支架进行了选型研究,得出液压支架支护高度范围为0.9~2.1 m,中心距为1.5 m,支架工作阻力不低于4 152 k N,并对工作面进行了通风验算。在上述研究的基础上,确定9号煤层工作面使用ZY4200/09/21D型两柱掩护式液压支架,对支架控制系统进行了分析,以期此研究为后期工作面液压支架的设计和使用提供参考。
According to the actual geological conditions and mining conditions of No.9 coal seam in Jushan mine,the selection of hydraulic support in the working face is studied.The research shows that the support height range of hydraulic support was 0.9~2.1m,the center distance was 1.5 m,the working resistance of support was not less than 4152k N,and the ventilation check calculation of the working face was carried out.Based on the above research,ZY4200/09/21D two column shield hydraulic support was determined to be used in the working face of No.9 coal seam,and the support control system is analyzed.The research provides a reference for the design and use of the hydraulic support of the later working face.
