矿用带式输送机改向滚筒的优化与应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 以DTL160/330/3×1600型带式输送机为研究对象,在对设备及改向滚筒整体情况进行概述的基础上,利用UG和Ansys软件构建了滚筒的受力分析模型。应用结果发现,改向滚筒的最大应力为13.364 MPa,远低于材料的屈服强度。对改向滚筒主要结构件进行轻量化设计,使得滚筒的整体质量降低了12.39%。再次进行静力学分析,发现滚筒的最大应力降低了11.565 MPa,降低幅度为15.56%。将优化后的改向滚筒应用到煤矿工程实践中,发现达到了预期效果,创造了良好的经济效益。 The redirecting roller is the main component of the mining belt conveyor,and the load it bears during operation is relatively small.Taking the DTL160/330/3×1600 belt conveyor as an example,on the basis of an overview of the equipment and the overall situation of the diverting roller,the force analysis model of the roller is constructed by using UG and Ansys software.It was found that the maximum stress of the redirecting roller was 13.364 MPa,which was much lower than the yield strength of the material.The lightweight design of the main structural parts of the diverting drum reduces the overall weight of the drum by 12.39%.The static analysis was carried out again,and it was found that the maximum stress of the drum was reduced by 11.565 MPa,and the reduction range was 15.56%.The optimized diverting drum is applied to the coal mine engineering practice,and it is found that the expected effect has been achieved,and good economic benefits have been created.
