燃煤锅炉空预器防堵灰技改实践

摘要 自各大火电厂加装脱销设备后空预器堵塞成了行业内重大难题,为了论证如何能彻底解决空预器堵塞问题,以某电厂空预器近年来进行的一系列清灰防堵方法进行比较分析后,发现目前只有热二次风再循环技术能将某电厂300 MW锅炉空预器烟气侧阻力始终保持在1.2 k Pa左右,对北方大部分区域的大型火电厂空预器防堵有借鉴作用。 Since the major thermal power plants to install de-soldering equipment air preheater clogging has become a major problem in the industry,in order to demonstrate how to completely solve the problem of air preheater clogging,a power plant air preheater in recent years to carry out a series of comparative analysis of ash cleaning and anti-clogging methods,found that only the current hot secondary air recirculation technology can be a power plant 300 MW boiler air preheater flue gas side resistance is always maintained at about 1.2 kPa,for This is a useful reference for large thermal power plants in most northern regions to prevent blocking of the air preheater.
