摘要
基于矿用刮板输送机减速箱箱体失效形式,合理构建矿用刮板输送机减速箱箱体有限元模型,以此为基础,开展静力学分析和动力学分析,并根据分析结果提出矿用刮板输送机减速箱箱体优化方案。为确认优化方案的有效性,将优化方案运用于工程实践,以期能够保障优化方案的应用效果。
Based on the failure form of the reducer box of the scraper conveyor for mining,the finite element model of the reducer box of the scraper conveyor for mining is reasonably constructed.On this basis,statics analysis and dynamic analysis are carried out,and the optimization scheme of the reducer box of the scraper conveyor for mining is proposed according to the analysis results.In order to confirm the effectiveness of the optimization scheme,the optimization scheme is applied to engineering practice,so as to ensure the application effect of the optimization scheme.
