摘要
为解决皮带输送机运速与运量不平衡所导致的电能浪费和威胁安全运行的问题,以三聚盛煤业主运输系统为研究对象,在对煤矿采煤能力参数分析和不同调速方式优劣性对比的基础上,采用变频调速方式实现皮带输送机的节能运行,重点完成了煤量自动识别、变频调速装置的设计;最后,对变频节能调速系统的应用效果进行验证和评估。
In order to solve the problem of electric energy waste and threat to safe operation caused by the imbalance between the speed and volume of the belt conveyor,taking the main transportation system of Guojiahe Coal Mine as an example,based on the analysis of coal mining capacity parameters and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of different speed regulation methods,the frequency conversion speed regulation method is adopted to achieve energy-saving operation of the belt conveyor.The focus is on completing the design of automatic coal quantity identification and frequency conversion speed regulation device;Finally,verify and evaluate the application effect of the variable frequency energy-saving speed regulation system.
