摘要
针对当前矿井带式输送机普遍存在的可靠性低、故障定位精度低、信号传输效率低以及成本高方面的问题,设计了基于CAN总线及RS485总线两个通信系统的带式输送机在线监控系统,并对下位机、通信系统、人机交互等软硬件架构进行搭建,制定了故障判断及应急处置工作流程,明确了故障检测及精准定位的实现方案。试验及应用结果表明,系统能够很好地完成全流程的在线监测、信息采集传输及研判、故障精准识别定位、紧急处置指令发出及处置建议制定等功能,且系统识别的故障类型及位置与实际情况相符,实现了预期目的。
In view of the problems of low reliability,low accuracy of fault location,low efficiency of signal transmission and cost of belt conveyors in mines,an online monitoring system for belt conveyors based on two communication systems,namely CAN bus and RS485 bus,is designed and the hardware and software architecture of the lower computer,communication system and human-machine interaction is built.The workflow for fault determination and emergency response is formulated,and the realisation plan for fault detection and precise positioning is clarified.The test and application results show that the system is able to complete the functions of online monitoring,information collection and transmission,accurate fault identification and positioning,emergency disposal instructions and disposal recommendations,etc.The fault types and locations identified by the system are in line with the actual situation,and the expected purpose is achieved.
