摘要 为了解决带式输送机“大马拉小车”和电动机功率不平衡的问题,在对带式输送机节能可行性分析的基础上,采用超声波传感器对煤流进行实时监测,采用速度动态控制模型和多电机控制策略为基础设计智能驱控系统,并根据实际情况布置传感器。经实践表明,最后达到了带式输送机智能驱控系统的节能效果和功率平衡控制效果。 In order to solve the problems of"big horse-drawn car"and motor power imbalance of belt conveyor,based on the analysis of the feasibility of energy saving of belt conveyor,ultrasonic sensors are used to monitor the coal flow in real time,and the intelligent drive control system is designed based on speed dynamic control model and multi-motor control strategy,and according to the actual situation The sensors are deployed.It is demonstrated that the energy saving effect and power balance control effect of the belt conveyor intelligent drive control system are finally achieved.
