刮板输送机监控及故障诊断系统设计

摘要 刮板输送机作为综采设备的重要组成设备,其在日常运行过程中的安全稳定直接关系到煤炭的生产效率及煤矿的经济效益。刮板输送机在日常工作中经常会出现故障,其中电动机、液力偶合器及减速器等发生的故障占据大多数,刮板链故障占停机时间的1/2以上。现阶段刮板输送机的故障诊断和在线监测属于两个系统,增加了工作人员的现场维护工作量。基于此,设计了集监控与故障诊断于一体的自动化系统,该系统能有效减少刮板输送机的故障率,减轻工作人员的工作量,提高煤炭开采效率。 As an important component equipment of comprehensive mining equipment,the safety and stability of the scraper conveyor during its daily operation is directly related to the production efficiency of coal and the economic benefits of coal mines.The scraper conveyor often fails in daily operation,among which the failures occurring in the motor,hydraulic coupling and reducer occupy the majority,and the scraper chain failure accounts for more than 1/2 of the downtime.At this stage,the fault diagnosis and online monitoring of scraper conveyor belong to two systems,which increases the field maintenance workload of staff.Based on this,an automation system integrating monitoring and fault diagnosis is designed,which can effectively reduce the failure rate of scraper conveyor,reduce the workload of staff and improve the efficiency of coal mining.
