采煤机远程状态监控系统设计及应用

Design and Application Research of Remote Condition Monitoring System for Coal Mining Machine

现阶段煤炭开采正朝着智能化、自动化发展,采煤机作为煤矿井下综采设备中重要的设备之一,其面对煤矿井下恶劣的环境问题,经常会出现故障,影响到煤炭的开采效率。为了提高采煤机的开机率,减少采煤机的故障,设计了远程在线监控系统,对采煤机的运行状态进行实时监控,增加对采煤机运行状态的了解,提高采煤机的工作效率。

At the present stage,coal mining is developing towards intelligence and automation,and coal mining machine,as one of the important equipment in the comprehensive mining equipment in coal mines,often breaks down in the face of the harsh environmental problems in coal mines,which affects the coal mining efficiency.In order to improve the start-up rate of the coal mining machine and reduce the failure of the coal mining machine,a remote online monitoring system is designed to monitor the operation status of the coal mining machine in real time,increase the understanding of the operation status of the coal mining machine and improve the efficiency of the coal mining machine.
