摘要
为保证带式输送机安全可靠运行,设计研究了矿用带式输送机的安全监测系统功能架构,并构建了无线与有线相结合以及具有移动巡检、分布式监测分站的通信网络和监测主站的主从式监测系统。通过系统软硬件结合,使系统能够对带式输送机运行状态进行实时监测,并重点对监测系统的主站监测管理程序进行实验模拟测试,结果表明,该矿用带式输送机安全监测系统能够达到设计要求。
In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of belt conveyors,the functional architecture of the safety monitoring system for mining belt conveyors was designed and studied.A master-slave monitoring system was constructed,which combines wireless and wired communication,and has mobile inspection and distributed monitoring sub stations.Finally,through the combination of system software and hardware,the system can monitor the operating status of the belt conveyor in real time,and the main station monitoring management program of the monitoring system is mainly tested through experimental simulation.The results show that the safety monitoring system of the mining belt conveyor can meet the design requirements.
