摘要
针对传统带式输送机驱动方式存在的传动系统结构复杂、机械效率低、噪声大、耗能较高等问题,通过对带式输送机驱动形式进行分析,提出了一种矿用带式输送机永磁直驱调速系统,省去了电动机、减速器和制动器等部件,直接将电能转变为机械能,减少了机械损耗、降低了故障率和维修率,并对直驱系统控制策略进行研究得出带式输送机启动性能更好,系统的运行更加稳定。现场应用表明,该系统的总传动效率达到了93%,综合节能效果提高了25%,每年可节省企业成本约180万元,取得良好的应用效果和经济效益,非常具有应用和推广价值。
Aiming at the problems of complex drive system structure,low mechanical efficiency,high noise and high energy consumption in the traditional belt conveyor drive method,a permanent magnetic direct drive speed control system for mining belt conveyor is proposed by analyzing the drive form of belt conveyor,which eliminates the components such as motor,reducer and brake and directly converts electrical energy into mechanical energy,reducing mechanical loss,failure rate and maintenance rate.The direct-drive system control strategy is also studied,resulting in better starting performance of the belt conveyor and more stable operation of the system.The field application shows that the total transmission efficiency of the system has reached 93%,the comprehensive energy saving effect has increased by 25%,the annual cost of the enterprise can be saved about 1.8 million yuan,and achieving good application effect and economic benefits,which is very valuable for application and promotion.
