摘要
采煤机是进行自动化综采的重要设备,采用CAN总线通信的形式对采煤机电气控制系统进行分布式设计。分布式控制系统共分为8个模块,主控模块是控制系统的核心,对其他模块发送指令,其他模块依据接收到的指令进行动作,实现采煤机的自动化控制。进一步针对分布式控制系统的主要模块CAN驱动电路、主控模块及牵引模块的功能进行了详细设计,保证分布式控制系统的稳定运行。
The shearer is an important equipment for automated comprehensive mining,and distributed design of the electrical control system of the shearer is carried out using CAN bus communication.The distributed control system is divided into 8 modules,and the main control module is the core of the control system.It sends instructions to other modules,which act based on the received instructions to achieve automatic control of the coal mining machine.Further detailed design has been carried out for the main modules of the distributed control system,including the CAN drive circuit,main control module,and traction module,to ensure the stable operation of the distributed control system.
