摘要
针对矿用运输机在井下恶劣环境中长期高负荷运转发生的运输带打滑、跑偏、断裂,以及滚筒、电动机等关键部件故障等问题,基于可编程控制器、以太网通信技术及各类传感器研究设计出矿用运输机远程监控系统。该系统可实现远程实时监控、参数回传、远程控制、自动寻址、停机保护等功能,在煤矿实际测试中,运行稳定且人机交互能力强,能极大地降低煤矿运输机安全事故的发生。
A remote monitoring system for mining transport machines is designed based on programmable controllers,Ethernet communication technology,and various sensors to address the issues of belt slipping,deviation,fracture,and key component failures such as drums and motors that occur during long-term high load operation in harsh underground environments.This system can achieve functions such as remote real-time monitoring,parameter feedback,remote control,automatic addressing,and shutdown protection.In actual coal mine testing,it has stable operation and strong human-machine interaction ability,which can greatly reduce the occurrence of coal mine conveyor safety accidents.
