摘要
为确保皮带输送机的安全运行,构建了一套基于视觉实时分析的皮带运输机实时打滑监测系统。利用智能摄像机对传输速率小于5.4 m/s的传输带辅助轮运行图像进行实时捕获,并通过光流目标监测算法从实时画面中分析提取辅助轮、传输带的运转速度,设置二者的速度差即报警阈值,当速度差大于报警阈值时,系统发出报警信息并弹出监控画面供工作人员确认,实现可供特殊环境下长时间、可视化、非接触的远程智能运输皮带监测。
In order to ensure the safe operation of belt conveyors,a real-time slip monitoring system for conveyor belts based on visual real-time analysis has been constructed.Using an intelligent camera to capture real-time images of the auxiliary wheel of the transmission belt with a transmission speed less than 5.4 m/s,and analyzing and extracting the operating speed of the auxiliary wheel and the transmission belt from the real-time screen through the optical flow target monitoring algorithm,the speed difference between the two is set as the alarm threshold.When the speed difference is greater than the alarm threshold,the system sends an alarm message and pops up a monitoring screen for confirmation by the staff,achieving long-term monitoring in special environments visual,non-contact remote intelligent transportation belt monitoring.
