摘要
基于锦程煤矿2031顺槽掘进期间DSJ-1000型带式输送机频繁出现故障,导致带式输送机出现断带、跑偏、撕带等故障,不仅降低了带式输送机运行性能,增加了输送机故障率,而且严重制约着掘进巷道安全高效运输。基于此,锦程煤矿机电科通过技术研究,分析了2031顺槽掘进过程中带式输送机常见故障类型,并根据掘进现状提出了若干项合理有效的预防措施。通过实际应用效果来看,采取预防措施后巷道在后期掘进过程中,输送机故障率由原来的22%降低为7%,维修费用减少了25.7万元,取得了显著应用成效。
Based on the frequent failures of the DSJ-1000 belt conveyor during the 2031 tunnel excavation period in Jincheng Coal Mine,it has led to belt breakage,deviation,and tearing.This not only reduces the operating performance of the belt conveyor,increases the conveyor failure rate,but also seriously restricts the safe and efficient transportation of the excavation tunnel;In response to this technical challenge,the Mechanical and Electrical Department of Jincheng Coal Mine analyzed the common types of faults of belt conveyors during the 2031 tunnel excavation process through technical research,and proposed several reasonable and effective preventive measures based on the current excavation situation.Through practical application results,after taking preventive measures,the conveyor failure rate in the later excavation process of the tunnel was reduced from 22%to 7%,and the maintenance cost was reduced by 257000 yuan,achieving significant application results.
