Analysis of High Voltage Bushing Fault in a Main Transformer of a Power Plant in Shandong Province

由于某电厂主变高压套管瓷套爆裂引发着火,因此从该电厂开展了变压器检查、保护动作检查、故障录波器检查、避雷器检查、变压器吊罩检查等内容,查明了事故原因,并针对性地提出六项防范措施,保障了设备的安全可靠运行,以期对相关行业提供参考。

Due to the explosion of the high-voltage bushing porcelain sleeve of a certain power plant,a fire was caused.Therefore,several inspections were carried out from the power plant,including transformer inspection,protection action inspection,fault recorder inspection,lightning arrester inspection,and transformer hanging cover inspection.The cause of the accident was identified,and six targeted preventive measures were proposed to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment.This analysis is expected to provide reference for relevant industries.
