摘要
通过分析刮板输送机运行过程中容易出现的链条故障问题,提出了链条故障监测技术及方案设计,搭建刮板输送机链条故障监测平台,进行断链自动监测,同时对刮板输送机链条自动保护、调速控制等关键技术进行分析研究,进行链条故障预防,有效保障了综采工作面生产开采过程中刮板输送机链条的安全平稳运行。
By analyzing the chain fault problems that are prone to occur during the operation of scraper conveyors,a chain fault monitoring technology and scheme design were proposed.A scraper conveyor chain fault monitoring platform was built for automatic monitoring of chain breakage.At the same time,key technologies such as automatic protection and speed control of scraper conveyor chains were analyzed and studied to prevent chain faults,effectively ensuring the safe and stable operation of the scraper conveyor chain during the production and mining process of the fully mechanized mining face.
