摘要
针对综采与机掘巷道交锋时巷道易出现应力集中、围岩变形量大、顶板易冒落等问题,以晋能控股煤业集团某矿综采与机掘巷道交锋工程为研究对象,通过科学设计掘进巷道锚杆支护参数,合理留设巷道煤柱,优化设计工作面溜子道等措施,有效控制了巷道围岩变形量。实际应用结果表明,在交锋区域巷道顶板下沉量控制在了26mm以内,巷道两帮移近量控制在了19 mm以内,工作面安全顺利地通过了综采与机掘巷道交锋区,更好地保障了矿井安全高效生产。
Aiming at the problems of stress concentration,large deformation of the surrounding rock and easy fall of the roof plate in the roadway when the roadway is intersected by comprehensive mining and machine excavation,taking the overview of the project of intersection of comprehensive mining and machine excavation in a mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Group as an example,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the roadway was effectively controlled through scientific design of the anchor support parameters of the roadway,reasonable retention of the coal column in the roadway and optimization of the design of the working face skid road,etc.The actual The actual application results show that the sinking of the roadway roof in the intersection area is controlled within 26 mm,and the shifting of both sides of the roadway is controlled within 19 mm,and the working face safely and smoothly passes through the intersection area of comprehensive mining and machine tunneling,which better ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
