各国现代化进程既具有一般性规律,也存在特殊性的道路和制度安排。中国式现代化并不是在孤立的历史环境中产生的,而是在现代工业文明快速发展的国际背景和中华民族伟大复兴的国内背景下探索出来的,这就决定了中国式现代化既遵循各国现代化的共同范式,又具有自身的文明特色。中国式现代化之所以超脱于西方式现代化,主要是正确处理了人口与增长、效率与分配、环境与发展、物质与精神以及和平与发展五对关系,进而形成了渐近式改革、主动性开放、阶梯型升级、环境友好型增长、高质量发展等经济发展的底层逻辑。当前,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,世界进入新的动荡变革期,人类社会现代化进程又一次来到历史的十字路口,中国式现代化道路不仅会影响世界现代化的发展走势,同时也会对后发国家经济发展模式选择提供新的路径。

The modernization process of each country has both general laws and specific paths and institutional arrangements.The Chinese path to modernization did not emerge in an isolated historical environment but was explored in the international context of the rapid development of modern industrial civilization and the domestic context of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This determines that the Chinese path to modernization follows the common paradigm of national modernization while having its own civilizational characteristics.The main reason why the Chinese path to modernization is different from Western modernization is that it has corectly dealt with five pairs of relationships:population and growth,efficiency and distribution,environment and development,material and spiritual,peace and development.This has formed the underlying logic of economic development,such as progressive reform,proactive opening,phased upgrading,environment-friendly growth,and high-quality development.At present,the world has entered a new period of turbulence and transformation as it undergoes a major change unprecedented in a century,and the modernization process of human society has once again come to a crossroads in history.The Chinese path to modernization will not only infuence the development trend of world modernization but also provide new paths for choosing economic development models for late-developing countries.
