China's Outlook on Global Security and Governance Leads to the Building of a Community of Security for Mankind

党的十八大以来,习近平总书记统筹中华民族伟大复兴战略全局和世界百年未有之大变局,提出了构建人类命运共同体、总体国家安全观、全球安全倡议等一系列新思想、新理念、新倡议,形成了系统完备、内涵丰富的新时代全球安全治理观,为完善全球安全治理机制、破解全球安全困境提供了中国智慧。新时代全球安全治理观强调以人为本、公平正义、合作共赢、持久安全,将为维护世界和平安宁、促进全球共同繁荣、增进国际包容互鉴作出重要贡献,必将引领构建人类安全共同体。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,President Xi Jinping has put forward a series of new ideas,concepts,and initiatives,such as the community shared future for mankind,the overall national security outlook,and the Global Security Initiative.These have formed a systematic and complete global security and governance regime of the new era with rich connotations and provided Chinese wisdom to improve the global security and governance mechanism and address the global security dilemma.The global security and governance outlook in the new era emphasizes people first,fairness and justice,win-win cooperation,and lasting security.It will contribute to maintaining world peace and tranquility,promoting global common prosperity,enhancing international tolerance and mutual appreciation,and will definitely lead to the building of a community of shared futureformankind.
