基于数智化转型的制造业“双碳”发展:逻辑、路径与政策 被引量:5

摘要 “双碳”发展是推进制造业高端化的关键路径,数智化转型则为制造业“双碳”发展赋予了新内涵、新逻辑。理论分析并阐释基于数智化转型的制造业“双碳”发展“技术创新(I)-价值创造(V)-多元治理(G)”三重驱动逻辑,提出“I-V-G”逻辑下实现制造业“双碳”发展的创新路径;剖析现行政策框架的现状及不足,提出数智化转型下进一步优化制造业“双碳”发展政策框架的对策建议,为促进我国制造业实现数智化转型与“双碳”发展的融合协同提供理论依据。 The development of"Dual-carbon"is the key path to promote high-end of China's manufacturing industry,and the transformation of digital&intelligence is the accelerator to promote the development of"dual-carbon"in manufacturing industry.The paper explains the triple driving logic of"Technological innovation(I)-Value-creation(V)-Multi-governance(G)"for the"dual-carbon"development of manufacturing industry based on digital&intelligent transformation,and also proposes the innovative path to realize the"dual-carbon"development of manufacturing industry under the"I-V-G"logic.Then it analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of the existing policies in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the"dual-carbon"development policy framework of manufacturing industry under the digital&intelligent transformation further.The research will provide a theoretical basis for the integration and synergy between the digital&intelligent transformation of manufacturing industry and the"dual-carbon"development.
