摘要
随着航空航天工业的快速发展,服役工况更加复杂而严苛,对材料的高温性能提出了更高的要求,高温合金紧固件因其优良的高温性能而得到广泛应用。从国内航空航天用高温合金紧固件典型产品选材、研发生产现状、主要研制生产单位、关键核心技术突破等方面分析国内航空航天用高温合金紧固件发展,指出在批次稳定性、基础制造能力和标准规范体系建设等方面存在的问题和不足,提出了今后努力的方向。
With the rapid development of aerospace industry,the service conditions become more complex and harsh,which puts forward higher requirements for high-temperature performance of materials.Superalloy fasteners are widely used due to excellent high-temperature performance.To analyze development of superalloy fasteners for domestic aerospace from aspects of typical material selection,research and production status,main research and production units,key core technology breakthroughs,etc.Point out problems and deficiencies in batch stability,basic manufacturing capacity,and standard specification system construction,and propose directions for future efforts.
