Fe-Al系多孔材料的制备与摩擦磨损性能研究

摘要 制备Fe-Al材料并试验研究其摩擦磨损性能。试验以不同比例的Fe,Al为原材料,使用粉末冶金工艺制备Fe-Al烧结试样。结果表明,由于Fe、Al元素扩散系数的不同,试样内部产生孔洞。随着试样中铝含量的提高,烧结后材料的直径与高度随之增大,内部的孔隙增多,硬度下降。此外,内部的孔隙有利于试验材料的储油以及摩擦磨损过程中提高对磨区域的润滑能力,从而减小了摩擦因数,并提高了材料的极限Pv值。 To prepare Fe-Al materials and study their friction and wear property.Fe-Al sintered samples were prepared using powder metallurgy process using different proportions of Fe and Al as raw materials.Results show that due to different diffusion coefficients of Fe and Al elements,pores are formed inside sample.With increase of Al content in sample,diameter and height of sintered material increase,internal pores increase,and hardness decreases.Internal pores is conducive to oil storage of test material and lubrication ability of grinding area during friction and wear process,which reduces frictional wear coefficient and increases limit Pv value of material.
