高强度抗震钢筋HRB500E控冷工艺

摘要 通过化学成分设计、生产工艺控制,开发了满足GB/T 1499.2—2018要求的HRB500E高强度抗震钢筋控冷工艺。采用钒氮微合金化生产,通过调整控冷工艺,控制HRB500E热轧钢筋屈服强度在510~535 MPa,抗拉强度在670~695 MPa,强屈比1.29~1.32,晶粒度均为10.0级,金相组织为F+P,无马氏体、贝氏体等影响使用的异常组织。可以满足用户要求。 Through chemical composition design and production process control,controlled cooling process for HRB500E high strength seismic resistant steel bar that meets the requirements of GB/T 1499.2—2018 has been developed.By using vanadium nitrogen microalloying production and adjusting controlled cooling process,the yield strength and tensile strength of HRB500E hot rolled steel bars are controlled between 510~535 MPa and 670~695 MPa respectively.The strength yield ratio is 1.29~1.32,grain size is 10.0 grade,microstructure is F+P,and there is no abnormal structure such as martensite and bainite that affects use.Can meet user requirements.
