钢帘线直径变化对长度控制影响分析

摘要 钢帘线定长指标是子午线轮胎用骨架材料的重要控制指标之一。轮胎生产过程中,钢帘线定长控制有两层含义,第一是产品的绝对长度控制,即钢帘线产品以国际米制单位定义的实际长度。第二是产品的相对长度,即同一批同规格钢帘线产品相对长度一致性。由于轮胎压延生产均为批量放线,最短的钢帘线掉落易造成其余放线轮的剩余钢帘线为废料。钢帘线直径变化是引起长度变化的重要因素之一,对二者之间的关联进行分析并采取措施消除钢帘线直径变化对长度的影响,能有效保障钢帘线长度的准确性和一批产品相对长度的一致性。 Steel cord fixed length index is one of the important control indicators for skeleton material for radial tires.In tire production process,steel cord length control has two meanings,the first is absolute length control of the product,that is actual length of steel cord product defined in international metric units.The second is relative length of the product,that is relative length consistency of the same batch of steel cord products of the same specification.Since tire rolling production is batch pay-off,the shortest steel cord falling is easy to cause remaining steel cord of the remaining pay-off wheels to be scrap.The change of steel cord diameter is one of the important factors causing length change,and correlation between the two is analyzed and method is used to eliminate influence of steel cord diameter change on length,which can effectively ensure accuracy of steel cord length and consistency of the relative length of batch products.
