取消预处理器的一次盐水精制工序运行总结

Operation of a primary brine refining process without a preprocessor

针对一次盐水精制过程中采用预处理+膜过滤工艺存在的问题,进行了技术改造取消了预处理器,采用有机膜过滤器,并增加膜自动酸洗功能。分析了改造后的经济效益。

In response to the problems in the primary brine refining process which included pretreatment and membrane filtration,technical transformations were implemented.The preprocessor was removed,an organic membrane filter was used,and automatic acid washing filter membrane was added.The economic benefits of the transformations were analyzed.
