烧碱蒸发系统熔盐炉燃气管线的改造

摘要 在以熔盐为传热介质生产片(粒)碱工艺中,当以电石炉气为燃料对熔盐炉进行加热时,由于电石炉气经水洗后仍含有少量水分,使得其压力不稳定,影响生产。针对以上问题,在燃气管线增设了排水装置,达到了预期效果。 In the process of producing flake(granular)caustic soda using molten salt as the heat transfer medium,when the molten salt furnace was heated by calcium carbide furnace flue gas as fuel,the pressure of calcium carbide furnace flue gas was unstable due to the small amount of water remained after water wash,affecting production.In order to solve the above problems,drainage devices were added to the fuel gas pipeline,and the expected results were achieved.
