Quick Identification of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium of Different Origins Based on SPME-GC-MS Technique

摘要 【目的】建立一种快速鉴别不同产地陈皮的方法。【方法】采用固相微萃取(SPME)结合气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)技术对不同产地陈皮进行分析,通过对陈皮样品中共有挥发油成分的相对百分含量进行两两排列组合,产生新的比值,并分析不同产地陈皮样品之间的比值差异。【结果】挥发油比值“α-蒎烯/β-蒎烯”可精准区分广陈皮与陈皮、新会陈皮与非新会广陈皮,即比值≤1.350为新会陈皮,1.350<比值≤1.70为非新会广陈皮,比值>1.70为陈皮;且不受成熟度、年份等因素的影响。【结论】该鉴别方法准确可靠、重现性好,以α-蒎烯/β-蒎烯比值可鉴定市场陈皮是否为新会陈皮,有助于完善新会陈皮的质量控制。 Objective To establish a quick method of identifying Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium of different origins.Methods Solid-phase micro-extraction(SPME)coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to analyze Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium of different origins.The relative percentages of co-occurring volatile oil components in the Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium samples were arranged in pairs to generate new ratios and to analyze the differences in ratios between Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium samples of different origins.Results The volatile oil ratio“α-pinene/β-pinene”could accurately distinguish Guang Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,Xinhui Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium from non-Xinhui Guang Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,i.e.a ratio≤1.350 was Xinhui Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,1.350<ratio≤1.70 was non-Xinhui Guang Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,and a ratio>1.70 was Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium;and it was not affected by factors such as maturity and vintage.Conclusion The identification method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and theα-pinene/β-pinene ratio can identify whether the market aged Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is Xinhui aged Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,which helps to improve the quality control of Xinhui aged Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium.
