针刺联合骨痛组方熏蒸治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acupuncture Combined with Fumigation of GutongPrescription in the Treatment of Diabetic Osteoporosis

【目的】观察针刺联合骨痛组方熏蒸治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。【方法】将80例糖尿病性骨质疏松症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例,观察组给予针刺联合骨痛组方熏蒸治疗,对照组给予针刺联合推拿治疗。7 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。治疗21 d后,评价2组临床疗效,观察2组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分的变化情况,以及Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)的情况。比较2组患者治疗前后生存质量量表评分的变化情况。【结果】(1)观察组总有效率为95.00%(38/40),对照组为80.00%(32/40)。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的VAS评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善VAS评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)治疗后,2组患者的ODI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善ODI评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者的生存质量量表评分明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善生存质量量表评分方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】针刺联合骨痛组方熏蒸治疗糖尿病性骨质疏松症可明显改善患者腰腿疼痛的临床症状,减轻患者的机体疼痛,从而提高患者的生存质量,临床效果显著。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of fumigation with Gutong Prescription combined with acupuncture on diabetic osteoporosis(DOP)and its influence on the quality of life of the patients.Methods Eighty patients with DOP were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture combined with fumigation of Gutong Prescription,while the control group was treated with acupuncture combined with tuina.Seven days were set as one course of treatment and lasted for 3 courses.After 21 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the changes in the visual analogue scale(VAS)score and the Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The changes in the World Health Organization Quality of Life Brief Scale(WHOQOL-BREF)scores between the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results(1)The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40)and that of the control group was 80.00%(32/40).The efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the VAS scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the ODI scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the ODI scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)After treatment,the quality of survival scale scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group in improving the WHOQOLBREF,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with fumigation with Gutong Prescription for the treatment of diabetic osteoporosis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients’back and leg pain,reduce patients’organic pain,thereby improving patients’quality of life,with remarkable clinical effects.
