PBT与PET混纺织物中深色染色后低温还原清洗

摘要 为解决中、深色PBT与PET混纺织物染色后处理得色量低和颜色重现性差等问题,将净洗剂S应用于中、深色PBT与PET混纺织物染色后处理中,探讨净洗剂S、氢氧化钠、保险粉、清洗温度和时间等因素对染色织物K/S值、色差和色牢度的影响。结果表明,最优的清洗工艺为:净洗剂S 3.0 g/L,氢氧化钠4.0~6.0 g/L,保险粉4.0~6.0 g/L,浴比1∶10,清洗温度60℃,清洗时间25 min;与传统还原清洗工艺相比,优化工艺处理后织物的K/S值和颜色重现性显著提高,色牢度基本相当。 In order to solve the problems of low color yield and poor reproducibility in the post-finishing of PBT and PET blended fabrics,the detergent S was applied in the post-finishing of medium and dark for PBT and PET blended fabrics.The influences of dosage of detergent S,sodium hydroxide,sodium hydrosulfite,cleaning temperature and time on K/S value,the chromatic difference and color fastness were discussed.The results show that the optimal post-treatment process is as follows:the dosage of detergent S is 3.0 g/L,the dosage of sodium hydroxide is 4.0~6.0 g/L,the dosage of sodium hydrosulfite is 4.0~6.0 g/L,bath ratio is 1:10,temperature is 60℃and time is 25 minutes.Compared with the traditional process,the reproducibility and the K/S values of PBT and PET blended fabrics treated with the optimal process are improved significantly,and the color fastness remains basically the same.
