增深剂改善氨纶染色性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对酸性染料上染氨纶丝得色浅的问题,探讨不同增深剂对氨纶染色的增深效果。研究结果表明:在匀染剂浓度为2 g/L、pH值为6、浴比1∶20、温度100℃和保温时间40 min的条件下,增深剂NL浓度在一定值时,氨纶所染颜色较深,普通氨纶的K/S值能达到可染氨纶的水平。在酸性染料染色体系中,增深剂浓度对普通氨纶染色性能的提升有一定影响,可根据需求的染色深度选择相应的增深剂浓度,从而实现氨纶的可控染色。染色试样的耐水洗色牢度可达到3级,满足服用要求。 In order to solve the problem of light color of spandex dyed with acid dye,the darkening effect of different darkening agent concentration on spandex dyeing were studied in this paper.The results show that when the concentration of leveling agent is 2 g/L,pH value is 6,bath ratio is 1:20,and the darkening agent concentration is kept at a certain value with holding time of 40 minutes at 100 C,the color of spandex is darker.The K/S value of common spandex can reach the depth of dyeable spandex under the deepening agent employment condition.In the acid dye chromosome line,the concentration of deepening agent has a certain effect on the dyeing performance of ordinary spandex.The darkening agent concentration can be selected according to the required dyeing depth,so as to achieve controllable dyeing of spandex.The washing fastness of spandex dyed in the darkening agent system can reach grade 3,which meets the wearing requirement.
