摘要
目的:探讨工作记忆刷新训练对不同成就动机小学生的数学运算成绩的影响。方法:选取某小学四年级学生80人,采用成就动机量表将其成就动机分为高、中、低三组,并将各组随机分为训练组和控制组。通过活动记忆任务,对训练组被试进行为期4周的工作记忆刷新功能训练,控制组被试在同等时间段完成数学作业。结果:工作记忆刷新训练能够显著提升中、低成就动机小学生的刷新能力,并且促进低成就动机小学生的数学运算成绩,而对高成就动机水平小学生的刷新能力和高、中成就动机小学生的数学运算成绩没有影响。结论:小学生工作记忆刷新训练和数学运算成绩的关系受到成就动机的调节,工作记忆刷新训练能促进低成就动机小学生的数学运算成绩。
Objective:To investigate the effects of working memory updating training on mathematics performance of primary school students with different achievement motivations.Methods:80 fourth-grade students selected from a primary school were divided into three groups of high,medium and low achievement motivations through achievement motivation scale,and each group was randomly divided into training group and control group.The training group was trained in running memory task for 4 weeks,while the control group completed math homework in the same time period.Results:Working memory updating training could significantly improve the updating ability of primary school students with medium and low achievement motivations,and promote the mathematics performance of primary school students with low achievement motivation,while the updating ability of primary school students with high achievement motivation and the mathematics performance of primary school students with high and medium achievement motivations were not affected.Conclusion:The relationship between primary school students'working memory updating training and mathematics performance is mediated by achievement motivation;working memory updating training promotes the mathematics performance of primary school students with low achievement motivations.
