累积家庭风险与大学生自伤行为:一个有调节的中介模型

The Effect of Cumulative Family Risk on College Students'Non-suicidal Self-injury:A Moderated Mediating Model

目的:探究累积家庭风险对大学生自伤行为的影响以及抑郁的中介作用和自悯的调节作用。方法:采用累积家庭风险问卷、简版自我伤害问卷、流调中心用抑郁量表和自悯量表对1183名大学生进行调查。结果:(1)累积家庭风险能够显著正向预测大学生自伤行为,抑郁在累积家庭风险与自伤之间的中介作用显著。(2)自悯在累积家庭风险和自伤行为、累积家庭风险与抑郁、抑郁与自伤行为之间的调节作用均显著;大学生自悯水平越高,累积家庭风险对其抑郁和自伤行为、抑郁对其自伤行为的预测作用越弱。结论:累积家庭风险不仅直接影响大学生自伤行为,还通过抑郁间接影响大学生自伤行为;高水平自悯不但可以削弱累积家庭风险对大学生抑郁及自伤行为的影响,还可以削弱抑郁对自伤行为的影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of cumulative family risk on college students'non-suicidal self-injury,as well as the mediating effect of depression and the moderating effect of self-compassion.Methods:1183 college students were investigated with the Cumulative Family Risk Scale,Deliberate Self-Harm Inventory,Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression,Self-Compassion Scale.Results:①Cumulative family risk positively predicted non-suicidal self-injury among college students.Depression played a mediating role in the relationship between cumulative family risk and non-suicidal self-injury.②Self-compassion affected the association between cumulative family risk and non-suicidal self-injury,cumulative family risk and depression,and between depression and non-suicidal self-injury.The higher the level of selfcompassion of college students,the lower the predictive effect of cumulative family risk on their depression and non-suicidal self-injury,and depression on their non-suicidal self-injury.Conclusion:Cumulative family risk not only directly affects college students'non-suicidal self-injury,but also indirectly affects college students'non-suicidal self-injury through depression;High levels of self-compassion can not only weaken the impact of accumulative family risk on depression and non-suicidal self-injury in college students,but also weaken the impact of depression on non-suicidal self-injury.
